A Cup of Coffee with The Schlegel's: Orlando, FL

First, let me preface by saying that the Schlegel family is one of the coolest families I have ever met. Maybe it's because we love the same three things with a passion: Jesus, Coffee and Hamilton (An American Musical). Allow me to introduce you to these amazing people.

Meet Jess. She's quite possibly one of the most awesome moms I've ever come into contact with (excluding my own). She's a full time, booty kickin' nurse and mom to the most rad little girl on planet Earth. I met Jess about a year ago, at a camp that Robby & I work at during the summers. She came to visit him one day and as soon as she walked in, I thought "That chick is freaking cool.". She's got an awesome personality, and this year, I had the pleasure to work with her at that same camp I met her at last year.  Jess's heart for serving people is absolutely incredible, and we were so lucky to have her on board to care for our student (and leaders *cough cough*).

Robby and I have been working at the same camp for the past 3 years, and during that time, I've had the pleasure of seeing his impeccable craftsmanship and spirit. During camp, Robby serves as our tech lead, production coordinator, babysitter, and resident coffee angel. Coffee Angel is probably an understatement. This dude LOVES coffee. So much so, that he sent out a coffee prep text a week in advance to the worship team this year at camp. Every year, Robby works his butt off trying to make every service better than the last, and I don't think he gets enough appreciation for that. It was so cool getting to see Robby and Jess working together to serve this year, and I can't wait to see them grow together as time goes on.

Now to the good part. See that little cutie in the middle? That's Olive, my favorite miniature human. She is a little ball of energy who adores a big mug of *craft* hot chocolate on the weekends and practising her super sharp ninja skills at every opportunity. The coolest part about this chick? She's going to be Eliza Hamilton for Halloween. WORK! She's a force of nature with the coolest parents, and I can't wait to see what she does!

Robby, Jess, and Olive: Thank you for waking up at the crack of dawn and putting up with my scatter brain that early in the morning. Also, thank you for being maybe my biggest fans, and choosing me to photograph your family.
